The VLSI Symposia encourages all participants to register online. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or bank transfer. To avoid any trouble, please DO NOT do register more than once.

Advance registration is encouraged. The deadline for the Early Registration is May 10 May 17. After May 11 May 18, and on or before May 31, registration will be processed only at the Late Registration fee. The final advance registration deadline is May 31, 2013. After May 31 please register on-site.

(3) Cancellation
If written notice of cancellation reaches the Japanese Secretariat:

All refunds will be made after the Symposia.
